Philmark Service Center is busy in a good way. This is my first experience with Philmark & I'm happy with the staff & service. This establishment was recommended to me by a coworker that had service here & now I have a better understanding of why scheduling an appointment is highly recommended. I will be using Philmark Service Center again.

Still in disbelief! We dropped our Range Rover off for some routine maintenance. They told us they would call us when it's ready. Got a notification from the Range Rover app later that evening that the vehicle was now north of Baltimore (One and a half hours away from the shop). I drove all the way to Hartford County in the middle of the night to find the vehicle parked in front of a private residence. Law Enforcement attempted to knock on the door but was unable to make contact with the home owner. At this point we believed someone from the shop took it so we decided to take pictures and leave it there (we were curious what their explanation would be). The next morning the app alerted us that the vehicle was now parked in front of a church about a mile away from the shop. I went there while my wife went to the shop and asked about the status of the vehicle. They told her it was ready and they would bring it out now. I then watched a guy come out of the church, get in the Range and drive off. I followed him back to the shop, then parked my car. Went inside and the front desk clerk was telling my wife they test drove the car locally for approximately 60 miles (which is already crazy) to make sure the maintenance was a success. I asked them at what point did they contact us to ask if it was ok to test drive it for that many miles. He couldn't give me an answer and directed me to talk to the owner. We then confronted the owner (or someone who claimed he was the owner) and asked him why our vehicle had been driven over 160 miles, parked at a private residence over night, then used to go to attend church services. He tried to tell us it was all part of the test drive. We then told him we would file charges for unauthorized use of our vehicle and he quickly told us he wouldn't charge us for the maintenance (which we wouldn't have paid at this point anyways) if we would just leave. At this point we are still contemplating to file charges. This was a violation of our trust. You drop your vehicle off for maintenance just to find out the owner is using your vehicle as his personal transportation! We wonder how long he has been doing this with his customers cars! I would stay away from this place but if you must..write down your mileage at the time you drop it off! Never again for us!!!

I have a 2012 328i convertible that is pretty much a summer car for us. I needed some work done to get ready for the summer months, my neighbor referred me to Philmark Service Center, i had an O2 sensor replaced and my coils and spark plugs replaced as well as some trim pieces replaced. I was throughly satisfied with the service and price. They listened to my concerns and kept me updated on the process. i would definitely say the level of Service and price i received exceeded my expectations and surpassed the service experience i have gotten at the BMW dealership.

I came in needing new brakes got my Panamera...my best friend only uses them for all of his car needs and I see why:) I conveniently dropped my car off at 730 and didn't have to wait all day to get a call. Service was fast and quality of work is stellar and the prices are very much affordable. Next day..road trip ?

Had a very bad experience here. Don't know why I went back years later and then the same thing started happening again. 1 problem after another problem after another. Don't trust these guys. Made them replace my engine on my Range Rover some years back. Drove the truck less then 10 miles after having major work done and leaving the shop, then head gasket fail. They said it was my fault. How? If I couldn't even drive the truck 10 miles after they repaired it, then they shouldn't have let me drive the truck off and said it was fixed. Mark has a real attitude. Not good for business. If you ever there watch how many people complain about the work they do. Ijs

Came to this place based off a relatives strong recommendation. They solved an issue that no one was able to figure out, in less than a hour.

Took my car to them a 2nd time for a diagnostic ONLY! Just to get a call saying my car is ready for pick up & was charged $600 .. mind you I gave no one the consent to work on my car; The dude John took off $150 , however compared to the price of the part that was replaced that was a CRAZY mark up! & it actually caused an issue to my car cause it wasn’t properly installed … to say the least I haven’t been back based on that 2nd experience.. They’re knowledgeable, Just be sure to stay on top of them when dropping your car off cause they can be overly efficient.
