Reliable appliance services inc, is completely unreliable. They came out to repair my freezer and the service guy explained that it was due to the extreme heat for the freezer not freezing thoroughly, and to make sure nothing covered the vents. Well not true!!!!!! I called them out a second time just to find out the coil was inoperable, had I been told that the first time I wouldn’t have lost a freezer full of food. What a waste, i would NOT recommend this company, had they did the job correctly the first time wouldn’t have had a problem……. Bad !!!!!!!!!!! Very Bad!!!!!!!! By the way I would have given negative stars but it wasn’t an option!!!!!

A man from Reliable Service came to fix my washer…. The machine was not working properly and months before the sounds letting us know when the wash was finished disappeared. I never mentioned this part…. This morning I began a full load on the Samsung washer and the sounds were back, the water seemed perfect. Thank you. Very, very much. The service man, being conscientious, had already given me a call to check on my machine yesterday. I recommend this company wholeheartedly!! We all depend on clean clothes, towels and sheets!!! thank you, Jay, from Reliable Service!

Heat & AC installed several years ago. Now, selling. Try to get a copy of the invoice for work done and date!!! NOPE!! Not happened!! I have called repeatedly only to be told they would let the bookkeeper know. Why is this so difficult? I will continue to call and call and call…. How do they continue to operate?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They over charged in a previous name. This time they took my deposit and I’ve never heard from since. Have called no less than 15 times and never once a return call. It’s a boiler plate company. When you call and are from one state , you can get an at home receptionist from another state. DON’T use. They owe me $570 deposit and never ordered.
They say in business 30 years. Owner lives here in Beverly Hills on all the deposits they collect and never fix.
CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS NEEDED. Don’t believe in, but know now why necessary

The worst experience ever. We contacted Reliable about our 2 year old refrigerator that had stopped cooling but the freezer was still freezing. The technician came by and looked at it and without even testing anything he said that there is probably ice build up inside on a vent and we needed to unplug the unit and let it defrost. I did not see any frost or ice build up. We plugged it back in the next day and it still did not work. seeing how the freezer still worked i suggested that the fan may not be working as the fan forces the cold air from the freezer to the refrigerator. The tech came back 2 days later to remove the fan but after about 2 hours he was unable to remove the freezer drawer to access the fan so he called his supervisor and he said they would both be there the next day to complete the repair. When they arrived the supervisor was able to remove the freezer dood and tested the fan and confirmed that the fan was bad. The technician said that they had to order the fan and it would be a couple of days. They came back with the fan but it turns out that he ordered the wrong fan. They said that they shipped the wrong fan and that they ordered the correct fan but I heard them talking in Spanish outside and they talked about telling me that they shipped the wrong fan in the correct box,BS. This was over a week with no refrigerator and over $40 worth of ice and about $50
worth of food thrown away. I told them to leave and I would find a capable appliance repair company to fix my refrigerator. The new company was able to fix it in one day at a cheaper price. Oh, and he also let me know that whoever worked on it prior to him had broken a tab that keeps the drawer from coming all the way out. This company should change their name to “UNRELIABLE” appliance repair!!!

I should of read the reviews. I was charged $250 for the tech to put the parts I bought on my dryer. He was rude, first thing that came out of his mouth was my fee 250. I had forgotten that the girl scheduling the appointment said service fee was $99. Still high. And I had my own parts. When I called to complain to his supervisor, he said that’s for his labor. This company is the worst. When I said I was going to give them a bad review, he said go ahead I don’t care. Please read the reviews!!!!

Read the reviews before contacting this business. I never have left a poor review for anyone in six decades of life I will leave one to save you misery. Rude, unprofessional and overpriced. Don’t let these people ruin your day.

This is a zero star review! Came to look at my moms washing machine, took her credit card, said parts would be about $200.. and repair $795 🤬 All my red flags went up 🚩 they said the parts would take 7-10 days to come in and they would call, well they never called!! It’s 20 days later, I brought in my technician who had been to fix my washer recently. He looked at the bill from “unrealiable service co.” and could not make sense of it, the scribble and the cost. My technician gave a bid of $420 to fix, I called “unreliable” to cancel service and to make sure there was no charge on the credit card. The woman that answered was rude and dismissive😡 shame on them for trying to take advantage of an old woman!!! Stay away, stay far far away !!
