I return my uniform September 13, 2024 and I just got a latter saying that Securitas Burbank put me on debt collector for not returning my uniform which a did months ago. Called the office which I waited over 1hr to someone picked up. They said they will take me off the debt collector. I also emailed another person to make sure I'm really off. Hopefully it doesn't hurt my credit score. Also Securitas keeps calling and texting me to work which i keep telling them I don't work with the company anymore. Securitas needs to be more organized

Wow. Customer service line is terrible. She sounds rude AF. Kept sighing like she doesnt want to work or be there.
To the female i just spoke to: just quit and find something u like. Simple.

Do NOT JOIN THIS security COMPANY!!!! They will never pay you what they owe you on time. Do not do O.T they don't pay you on time for that either. The Supervisor are racist and stupid people. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY!!! Fair warning

Place is clean and easy to find. The workers are really nice and professional. Parking is hard to find and navigating through the building to find the office was easy
