The employees are very rude. Your bus comes at a certain they are always 5 to 15 mins late . Then you here on time at the stop they stated that they came to the stop but you were here waiting . They switch drivers so much . You have the app to suppose to track your time . But the app does not show live time on the time your child suppose to be picked up , what’s the point of the app ? We want to know how far the bus is will the bus be running late will the bus will ever come . You can never get in contact with manger

My 7-year-old child with a disability was put on the wrong bus. The bus was 20 minutes late, and when I called the dispatch, no one answered for over 30 minutes. It wasn't until almost 5pm when I was fianlly informed that he was on the wrong bus. He was missing for two hours. This is unsafe and putting children as risk.

Bus driver dropped my kid off across a major road with no cross walks because the driver Ms. JENNY did not want to make a u turn. My child almost got hit by a car and there was nothing I could do but watch and hope they swerve away.

Where the Seminole public school hired those people to manage the public transportation? Check those directors, managers if they have the ability to manage the basic work. Years by years, get worse and worse. The orange public schools transportation is better than yours.

Absolute joke of a system. They create schedules for your child and don’t adhere to them. They cancel your child’s bus route and do not communicate it. Customer service is horrible. Needs to be addressed before someone’s child is put in danger.

We live in Casselberry in by South Seminole Middle and multiple times no bus showed up to pick up the kids AND today my sons bus was full going home. He had to find a ride from Winter Springs to Casselberry

It is a complete disaster for those people who are not qualified to manage the public school bus system. They always make huge mess to students, and parents in the beginning of the week. You did not know what they do in summer, probably nothing!
