Please do your research and read reviews before booking with these scam artists! Scheduled our 5th wheel to be moved but had to cancel a few days later. They were very rude when I called to cancel and hung up on me after giving me a "cancellation number". I called back a few days later to ask about my refund and they said it should be there in a few days. Weeks go by still no refund so i call again. My personal phone and my wifes phone have both been blocked. After multiple attempts we decided to call on my work phone. It went right through and was answered by Ty. He said oh yes you should have gotten it by now oh my all concerned and then tried to ask if we wanted a check mailed out. yeah so they can say they mailed it and dont know what happened to it. Bottom line they are scam artists and will take your money and block you if you try and get a refund.

I contacted Showroom Transport to ship my car from New York to California, I was contacted by a very nice adviser, he followed my car from the beginning. Frankly the customer service is very good, in addition I received it on time without delay. Thank you showroom for this quality service.

Horrible company and customer service. If I could put NO stars I would. Received a quote to move my 30 foot RV from North Carolina to South Carolina on November 1, 2022. My card was charged a deposit of 398.00 which was half of the fee and provided an invoice number. Was told it would take up to four days to find a driver. I contacted company within five days and was told still hadn’t found a driver but when one was found they would call me immediately. Waited the whole month of November still no phone calls, but was told that as soon as a driver was found, I would be called immediately yet again. Called said company on December 1, 2022 to get a refund of my deposit as they failed to provide the service. A manager would call you back I was told. Called continuously during the month of December to be told we will have a manager to return your call in reference to your refund, or was unable to get in contact with anyone as they were sooo busy!! Again NO manager ever called me. Left numerous voicemails and still was not called. Finally on January 7, 2023 after calling on December 1, 2022 to get my refund TYLER finally was able to get return my call. I wanted to know what the deal was with my deposit due to them failing to provide me the service that I requested. He said I don’t know why no one called back, but u should have your refund within 3-5 days (as of 7 Jan 2023). However I did a BBB complaint and made a dispute with my CC company already just in case as no communication for over a month from these people and couldn’t talk to anyone . Sounds like TYLER was the NO ONE that was supposed to call back from previous reviews posted. I DO NOT recommend this company. I looked at the reviews prior to requesting a service from them and thought they were decent, however scroll down and ensure that u read them all, I didn’t unfortunately. Thank goodness they didn’t provide a service as my RV may have ended up like many other individuals had. Do your due diligence and do more research before requesting any type of service from showroom transport especially if you’re on a time crunch like I was.

They moved our tiny home 250 miles from northern to southern Oregon. Brian was knowledgeable and made sure to procure the correct permits before the trip. All in all it was a great experience on our end and we are happy to recommend Showroom Transport!

I had a boat stuck in Northern Montana having the trailer being serviced to replace a bent axle. It needed to be picked up in Montana and delivered to Scottsdale when the repairs were done. I worked with Phil to schedule the pickup from the shop and delivery to me and was amazed how quickly the boat was picked up. I was more surprised that they got it to Scottsdale in perfect condition 2 1/2 days later. Ricardo the driver was highly professional and excellent as was my overall experience with Showroom Transport.

In reading reviews and trying to trust my own instincts I went with Showroom Transport to ship my motorhome back to TX from AL. I was apprehensive giving 50 percent deposit and the bid was the highest I received. Mike did a great job, great communication and exceeded expectations. High priced but worth it due to arriving quickly, and perfectly

My husband set up a transport for our camper, by phone. He paid half of the total. The next day he needed to cancel. He is informed there is a $175 cancelation fee. At no time on the phone was he told he would be charged a fee to cancel. The transport was over a month away and no notice of a fee to cancel. We feel this is very poor practice.

On time and in good condition.
I would have no problem hiring them again.
