Same problem with other terrible review. Return the car on scheduled date on the correct spot where the Sixt sign is (the return spot is in P1 parking where other rent car company park but sixth sign is tiny). Receive email that my rent is overdue. The car was returned in their system 5 days after i returned it!!!

It seems like no one is working at this branch on a daily basis.

Take a good picture as proof that you return the car on the scheduled date in good condition.

My case, my bill show 10 days (instead of 5) rent but give me voucher as a reduction so i pay the correct amount. Still a waste of my time and International phone bill to sort this mess out.

SIXT? NEVER AGAIN...indien je géén extra vrijstelling-verzekering neemt krijg je gegarandeerd schadeclaim aan je been ná inlevering van het voertuig. Notabene een auto waar reeds 20 schadegevallen , vnl krassen, waren op vastgesteld

We booked a car online for today, which was possible, but the car reservation got canceled in the evening the day before, which we did not check. Arriving at the office of sixt, there was no one and it was also not possible to reach anyone by phone as it was outside opening hours. How should you know that a day that you book and which the system approves is outside the opening hours of that specific sixt shop. Wasted half a day, plans had to be changed and a lot of costs incurred because we wanted to rent a van to move furniture. Terrible system. You should not be able to book a car online in the first place if the shop is not opened that day.

No communication whatsoever. I tried to change dates but learned that Antwerp office was now closed. When questioning it, all I receive is robo-confirmations with my original booking. I have now cancelled and lost a administration fee. Still no way to contact them.

Een dag voor de ophaling kreeg ik telefoon met de boodschap dat de auto op een andere locatie moest opgehaald worden want dat het kantoor op de luchthaven gesloten is sinds de corona-maatregelen. Een extra taxirit, tijdverlies en kost die niet gecompenseerd wordt. Antwerpen Airport was daarenboven al maanden toe, terwijl de site blijft aangeven dat je daar kan ophalen. Niet echt klantvriendelijk. De dienstverlening voor de rest was wel goed.

Dit bedrijf is onmogelijk te bereiken om een simpele vraag te stellen. Klantenservice bestaat blijkbaar niet.
Mails beantwoorden ze niet.
Op de site staat het foute nummer. De nummer dat op de site staat is van een random persoon die toen ik hem aan de lijn kreeg er veel last van heeft.

Eindelijk ik vind het nummer, maar deze werkte niet door overmacht.

Waar en hoe kunnen we u een simpele vraag stellen? Of moet ik naar brussel komen om deze aan de balie te komen vragen?

Als hier verandering in komt verander ik graag mijn sterren, maar ik ben nu al 3 dagen bezig om met dit bedrijf in contact te geraken.

Impossible to get hold of the call centre for questions, changes. Always busy, sometimes 25 minutes in the queue and then cut-of, sometimes cut-of after 1 minute.
No direct communication with the pick-up point possible.
Charged a flex late charge despite the vehicle being returned 2 hours before the agreed return time.
Needed 3 e-mails back-and-forths to get the money redeemed.
