Sovereign phoned me afterwards, and we discussed how this kind of mistake could happen and how to make sure it would not happen again. Thank you to everyone at Sovereign Medical Transport that made it possible for my mom to attend her granddaughters wedding. The professional drivers that treated her like royalty and got her safely to and from the venue in plenty of time on a Friday evening. They even worked late at to allow her more time at the wedding to be with family and friends to celebrate. This was her last wish and she passed away 10 days later. You all helped to make her dream possible with the work that you do when she had to have wheelchair transportation. Their driver calls me directly to confirm ride times and they were great when we had to make a last minute schedule change. My mom makes weekly trips to the hospital - and all of the drivers we've had have been quite nice.
