Rude drivers who run over curbs constantly. If you plan to be somewhere I suggest leaving early. The only thing they are consistent with is being extremely late.

Be aware of the bus drivers especially of the 139 they don’t know how to drive and they like to play race card. They think WHITE LIVES DONT MATTER… Well ALL LIVES MATER NO MATTER WHAT RACE YOU ARE. So be kind as your suppose to be.

I had a doctor appointment at Timken Mercy. I waited for the bus to come the 117.Well it had snow on the ground so I asked him to drop the ramp but he lowered the bus. I didn't feel like arguing so I took my rollator and put it up on the bus and when I stepped up I feel straight down. Well he just looked at me until people on the bus came and draged me to my seat. I was going to see my doctor from being in the hospital from Dec 4th to Dec 24. I had to learn how to walk all over again. And then this happened. My knee is bruised and I was worried cause I'm on blood thinners. And I heard they have cameras.

Our car broke down 12 days ago. Have been taking the bus to get everywhere. And we walked my kids mother to the stop on Cleveland ave nw by bellstores and this bus passed us 3 out of 5 times! And once more at the stop by giant eagle on 30th. Bus never stopped and we we’re stuck stranded with young kids. This is the worst public transportation I’ve ever seen ! All in a 12 day span!
