I usually come here because it’s the closest Subaru but I probably will not be coming anymore. The service advisors are hit or miss - some are kind and helpful, others are rude and condescending. I got the latter today. And as other reviews have pointed out, be prepared to spend 4-5 hours here despite being told 2-3 when you first arrive.

Horrid service. The department managers tried to charge an excess for a speaker software update which completely disabled the car’s stereo. Every other dealership has effectively fixed it for free considering it’s a big. Avoid this dealership.

I have visited this service department multiple times to address issues with my Forester, only to be told that nothing is wrong. Each time I drive it away, the problems worsen. They waste my time, dismiss my concerns, and charge me for inspections that yield no solutions. If my car were fine, I wouldn’t keep bringing it in! My car violently shakes when I apply the brakes, but they never fix it despite my repeated requests. Service Advisor Chris and Service Manager Alvin even refused to provide a loaner car, claiming the problems aren’t covered under warranty. They clearly don’t believe me and continue to ignore the issues. I’m leaving my car here until they properly diagnose and fix the problems. I hope this review pressures the service department to do their job.

This service center is quite possibly one of the worst representations of subaru. They genuinely do not care about your experience with your vehicle and refuse to show any form of courtesy.

I would like to take this time to thank Rick in the service department for his impeccable service and professionalism. Rick went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my clutch for my 2021 Subaru crosstrek. Once determined it was not a manufacturers defect and I was now the responsible party, Rick had my clutch installed and ready for pickup in less than 12 hours. Thank you Rick as well as the mechanics who worked on my vehicle. I’ve never been happier to have my car back. You guys did a fantastic job 🙂 Xo

Do not take your car here for any reason. First off, the service managers are rude and standoffish. On one occasion I took my Subaru in to get the air conditioner fixed, spent the money to get it fixed, and came back a week later because they didn't fix it! They ended up actually fixing it for no cost but not after I spent 3 hours at their location waiting for it to be fixed the first time around. On another occasion a year ago I had the spark plugs replaced as required due to a check engine light coming on. I paid the several hundred dollars to do so and fast forward to today the car is back at a different shop to get the spark plugs re-replaced. Apparently someone dropped a spark plug and bent part of it causing the car to misfire excessively. Now I have to spent $500 to get the year old spark plugs replaced because of this service shops incompetence. This place will severely rip you off with their excessive labor hour rates and may not even fix the thing you came in for! This is dangerous and it is repeated behavior. Avoid at all costs.

Got me in on the next Saturday from when I called for an oil change. For a dealership service department, they ran quite smoothly and quickly. Oil change/multi point inspection/tire rotation $130 and out in 1.5 hours. Will come back for future servicing!
