Exceeded expectations and operates above and beyond industry standards. I've been here three times in the last year.
The first visit I went in for a tire rotation which was done quickly and at no charge; I should mention I didn't even buy my car from Subaru of Jacksonville.
The second visit was a 30,000 mile maintenance package.
Third visit was for new tires, an oil change and alignment.

I always schedule my visits and they get me out the door fast, which is a shame because their waiting room is incredibly accommodating! The technicians here are nothing incredible, I won't go anywhere else.

James Zawacki was very accommodating and helpful The technician who did my oil change did not convey the results of the all points inspection to him even though it indicated I had several leaks. I returned to the shop and shared it with James. He managed to get me in for the diagnostic and service before I have to leave town this week. I have always been happy with the service I received.

Made an appointment for the 30,000 mile checkup.Everyone we came in contact with in the Service Department was friendly and helpful, especially our Service Advisor James. The fact that it's the Thursday before a long holiday weekend (Memorial Day), everyone just NEEDED to have their vehicles serviced, without an appointment of course, and the dealer tries to accommodate all its customers, but at least I was able to have mine completed and I was out the door about 2:30 from an 8:15 appointment time. Any other time, service is very prompt. Love this dealership!
