This company is a scam. Do not use them ! I paid to have my mother picked up from the hospital and the driver showed up an hour late and my mom went around the hospital with nurses trying to find him after she had major heart surgery .

What made it even worse is when I contacted the company I wasn’t offered any sort of refund or anything for their incompetence.

Needed to take my wheelchair bound mother to eye doctor and choose swift care for pick up and return trip. They came in beautiful new Toyota with rear ramp. They came early for pick up and was perfect timing for return trip. Sandra the driver was amazing and knew what she was doing. Also Mia in office was super and knowledgeable. I would recommend them and will use them again

This company was always late picking up my mom from dialysis. They also lied and kept telling dispatch 15 mins, 15 mins turned into 2 hours. Never try to call them, they won’t pick up

i dont usually leave reviews but want to share! Been using their services for 3 months for my grandma's dialysis appointments, they been nothing but thoughtful and great. vehicles are always very clean , drivers super nice, always asking how she's doing back there. not tryna be shady so i wont say names, but company i used before this would send cars that looked like they were as old as my grandma lol
after the first trip I booked 7 more at once and left those as store credit so they gave me a good discount too. Definitely recommend

Good wheelchair transportation service, but book ahead
I used Swift Care's wheelchair taxi service for my brother. The care from guys was excellent. Just a heads-up, book in advance cause they get busy. Had a bit of trouble with last-minute scheduling. Once booked, though, service is stellar.

Excellent wheelchair transportation service. I used to Toyota sienna from Fort Lauderdale to Miami cruise port no issues. The service was on time and very professional!!

Called this company to transport a family member from a hospice facility to the hospital. They never asked questions about the patient (e.g. if the patient was on oxygen) and just took our money and said the driver would be there in an hour and a half. Two men in plain clothes, spitting on the ground, and looked like they could be from a home moving company, show up over 3 hours later. To then tells us they aren't equipped with oxygen for transport. This was never asked on the initial call and I was very clear I wasn't sure how any of this worked. The drive then left and the owner is now saying they will not refund us and will only give a partial "credit" for future transport.

From the way the owner handled this and from how unprofessional the drivers were, I would NEVER recommend this company. Stay far away from them.

Awwsome company. They took care of us and our wheelchair transport from the airport. Came on time and was waiting at the gate in MIA airport.

Will definitely use them the next time, highly recommend
