I like to take this opportunity to thank Teddy himself for coming to my home hours after making the call, my family and I can take hott showers tonight thanks Teddy's Water heater Repair. He's Fair honest and is willing to go the extra mile, I would recommend them to my grandmother and some of my closest dear friends I know we would take good care of them just like he's taking care of my family. If you're in the greater Burbank area and are looking to have your water heater replaced or repaired look no further than Teddy's water heater repair you will not be disappointed I put my name on it. He went over all the options repair versus replacement pros and cons and longevity. We opted for the replacement for longevity and so we won't have to call him for many many years or unless there's an issue he explained thoroughly how to back flush the water heater to keep it running optimal where the setting should be based on how many people are living in the residence just an all-around great experience thanks Teddy

My uncle house is 25 years old in Encino, all systems are old and expaier. So we have to change, repair everything. We call bunch of companies, all of them give us high prices, and they can do job after week or more, so that's didn't work for us, finally we found this guy's in Google searching, Teddy's water heater repair, they are so nice, professional, work fast and give us good price! 👍 they did a good job 👏 my uncle house have 5 bathrooms, and now we don't have to worry about hot water, also the give us guarantee!!! Seriously so impressed with these guys!! Teddy and his team made sure I was taken care of right away! They make sure to help you out fast if you don’t have any hot water. They scheduled me in for a replacement for later that afternoon when I called in that morning. It was such an easy process!! I’m so glad my friend recommended them to me. LOVE these guys. They did an amazing job.

I was really nervous about not being able to get a new water heater because it was last minute and I had to go out of town but these guys saved me.

I called them and they had one more appointment available and Keith came and did a perfect job.

Keith took out my old water heater and installed my new one REALLY FAST it was insane. The whole thing took only 30 min. I was honestly blown away.

I usually don’t write reviews for companies, but I really can’t say enough about these guys, especially Keith, who was the plumber, who responded to our call. We’ve been losing heat in our kitchen sink and shower for quite a while, and I really thought the time has come to get a replacement water heater. Keith checked our heater out, found a couple of leaks, that he repaired, and discovered a faulty thermostat which he repaired. We didn’t need a replacement after all. Very honest company…

What a life saver! At a time when I really couldn’t have afforded the cost of a new water heater, TEDDYS came out and not only repaired my existing heater, but they did so promptly and for a more than fair price. Highly recommend this company if you live in/near the Burbank area.
