Worst experience ever. Pick up at airport was a mess, driver was late by 40 mins. Then had to stop and get gas on way to port. Was late to boarding. Then we get off ship they was an hour late and say our pick up time was later in the morning at 10am, but at 6:40 am they said they one the way. 7:15am we was waiting outside and they said one min they be there, well 8:15am I got on another ride back and was very frustrated. Three different drivers calling and texting me telling they be there 1 min, 10 mins, and 30 mins. Never could get a ride till we half way back to air port they calling and texting that they are waiting at terminal for me. They said they will not give refund back, but I had terrible experience both pick up airport and terminal. I will not use this or refer this company to anyone. So be aware. They will probably comment back on this wanting to “fix” this but in text told me no refund at all cuz this is all my fault.

Horrible service. I will be contacting Amex to chargeback. Driver refused to help with luggage trying to shake us down $30. Meanwhile they charge 25% more than Mears

Called U Cruise Transportation to get a quote, and no one ever answered the phone.
Used them in the past, and they were good. Now, I'm not so sure because I , like other reviews, am having problems getting in contact with someone.
Therefore, we had to go with another company.

Flower Child

We booked them for 2 rides. One from airport to hotel which was great. All went well. But then it went south when we went for our second booking which was from hotel to cruise port. First of all the driver was 1.5 hours late. The person I was communicating said it was because of the weather. The weather was fine that day. A bit windier then normal but nothing that should delay a ride. Driver finally showed up and from the minute we started driving we had a feeling something was clearly wrong with the van he was driving. The noises the van was making made us nervous to say the least. Once we got on the highway the nightmare began. He was all over the road. We thought we were going to hit the ditch on several occasions. The man I was communicating kept insisting it was from the wind yet not one other vehicle on the highway including many other sprinter vans the same as ours was having any issues and were blowing past us while our driver was going 50mph the entire way. Sometimes having to drive even slower then that. There was clearly a problem with the van and he's lucky we finally arrived safe and no one was killed. We ended up missing our check in time which ultimately ruined our first day as we missed our Super Bowl booking. Had this been an airport booking, we would have missed our flights for sure. I did reach out to try to discuss our terrifying and frustrating experience with no reply. They clearly don't care about customer service. I would never use this company again. They are clearly not reliable and don't care about customer safety.

My experience was excellent. Ray and the crew really went all out and made my 50th talked about for days. They were all so nice and communicated very well between us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again. The ride was nice even with our late accommodations of scooters. Thank you Ray and company for a very beautiful experience on my birthday weekend..

This company was virtually impossible to get in touch with once our reservation was done and they have your funds. Closer to our trip I reached out and left a couple messages and finally got a call back. I was reassured that they had ample staff on board to take care of us for the prepaid six hour trip. When the day came no one was at baggage claim which you would expect for $85.00 per hour before tip. Once we were in the vehicle the drive tried to bring us directly to the hotel and was unhappy when he found out we had a six hour package as the company called him that morning to see if he could take the job. The vehicle was clean and the driver was nice until we got to our first destination; then he repeated several times when are you going to be done. This place is boring it should be quick. Then after two and half hours he started texting and calling asking us to leave as he had other plans for the night. Last he stated that they don’t give home the tip Ucruise keeps it.
So with all that said I would never recommend the company nor use them again. The only reason why I gave them a two is because the vehicle was as promised and it’s was clean; also the driver did well navigating and his driving was professional. Hope this helps others when planning.

I would recommend anyone to use this transportation company. Our driver Christopher picked us up on time from the airport, he was polite and made sure we got to our destination safe. Great service would book again! Thank you Christopher, keep doing an amazing job.
