This company is outstanding! We were extremely fortunate to hire them to transport our 99 year old aunt from NYC to Oklahoma. Professional Drivers & Paramedics, vehicle was new and provided a smooth ride. I called Billy on Saturday after our aunt was released from hospital and he had his team on location on Sunday, resting in a hotel nearby. Early Monday the team professionally prepared her for the long trip loading her with extreme care. During the whole 24 hour road trip the team was extremely friendly and caring to our aunt, taking care of her like she was one of their own family member. My aunt enjoyed the trip and did not suffer at all during the trip, she states the crew was great and made the trip enjoyable.
We are thankful to the whole team for turning this stressful situation into a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this company, they handled everything professionally and we were blessed to have them.

While visiting family in Florida my 95 year old father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. We found out late afternoon he was being released to in home hospice care. Home being North Carolina. Unicare was able to work with the hospital case manager and schedule a transport the next morning. The team communicated through text the GPS location along the way. The owner was available when we had questions and the transport team was professional and caring. My father arrived after the long trip still in great spirits. I would definitely recommend Unicare Transport Service!

The Team at UniCare Transport in Winter Springs, Florida were great to work with. Pick-up was on-time. Terrific communication, with updates from Manager Bill Douthat throughout the trip. The ambulance attendants were AWESOME... friendly, professional and followed all proper health protocols. They went out of there way to ensure the safety and comfort of a very precious parent. Very relieved that the stressful situation of moving a geriatric patient could go so smoothly... Thank you UniCare Transport!

UniCARE transportation services recently transferred my mother from a hospital to a nursing home in Orlando after she had knee surgery. I believe they stole my wife’s phone after transporting her home from the hospital. It last showed up on the map in front of my house and then it went offline immediately. I called the company and they said it wasn’t in the van. However they didn’t seem to care so I’m not certain how much they really looked. My wife said that they had no medical training, yet still tried to lift her shirt to see the tubing she had. Very unprofessional.

Very inappropriate and poor Costumer Service. 1. The men don't identified him self (No company or his name) 2. He hooked up the call before have finished the question that had about the extra I services that they provide it.
3. I was calling back, He do not pick-up the phone call.

I had to be moved from Orlando to Merritt island fl
I'm in the back of this old economy Ford van that looks like it was found in a junkyard
I don't like tight spots and that's a death trap! No ... none! No ventilation or something to slow the exhaust fumes from nearly killing me
It was touch and go the entire situation.
FIX YOU'RE PROBLEM BILL! DMV WOULDN'T APPROVE.

Never use Unicare transport, I called them to bring my husband home from the hospital. I paid almost $100.00 more than what was originally quoted due to his weight and when they get to the hospital to bring him home they bring a stretcher for the size of a child almost. Then tell me that is all they have and I would have to find another company since he would not fit.
