I recently had my car serviced for an oil change at Valvoline and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The team there was fantastic; they were not only professional but also incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain what was being done and answered all my questions. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait even more pleasant. It's clear that customer service is a priority here, and it shows. Prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated their transparency. I'll definitely be returning for future services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and friendly automotive care. Great job, team!

There was a problem with the initial receipt that I received because it was not my information because the VIN showed a previous owner. The car now registered in my name because I bought it. The manager came out and solved the problem. Issue resolved. Thank you. Everything turned out superb... I will go back to that Valvoline because of their excellent response to my problem.

During our recent visit for an oil change, we noticed that the splash guard was left hanging under the front of our car, as it hadn’t been properly reattached. Upon returning to Valvoline, we were thoroughly impressed by Anthony’s handling of the situation. He promptly secured the splash guard temporarily, ordered new fasteners at no cost, and promptly informed us when the parts arrived. The final repair was completed just a few days later. The level of service provided by Anthony and the Valvoline team was exceptional.

The only reason for giving four stars instead of five is the original oil change pricing, which we found to be a bit high.

All right, so strap yourself in because I have a little little story. So yesterday I make it to this Valvoline last minute. I’m exhausted after a long day of work. I’m attended by Michael Scott. Super polite, great customer service. Sees that I’m attended to even though they are closed. Gives me a card, introduces himself. Make sure I’m well attended to and that he will give me top service if I am able to come in tomorrow. So I do that. Easily some of the best service I’ve ever had. Every single person is on point, polite, and hard-working!.

They pull an entire mouse nest out of my cabin filter. Fix my car so it’s working better than when I bought it. These guys have my absolute loyalty. Top notch service. Whoever hired them if you were looking at this then you better make sure they know how appreciated they are.

100% will be back because of Micheal Scott and his crew!!! Keep that man and this business will thrive! They don’t make customer service like this anymore.
