Tried contacting their office for two months called every other week and was told repeatedly that Dr would call me to do a patient interview i waited and waited for his call and nothing. i heard good things about him so i decided okay let me continue trying. nobody got back to me or even really seemed to care about what we were asking. i had a home birth and wasn’t able to receive my sons insurance until he was four months old and we are on our way to bali so of course i need certain immunizations. i continued to call and ask please if they could have dr call me or try and schedule me and now a week out from our move they told me sorry we have a 3 month waiting list go to urgent care they’ll do vaccines. lucky i called urgent care because that’s not true. find an office that genuinely cares for ALL of their patients not those that are of convenience. sickening

Hands down the best pediatrician on island and well respected by his peers, I know, I work with them daily and my wife is a Dr. I'll add that hes the only provider that made sure my wife is healthy too! Sad to see the 1 stars...

Doctor Ward is very attentive and kind pediatrician! I am so glad to find an amazing doctor like him for my two kids. I recommended to one of my good friends for their first child, and they are very happy with their decision. Clean office and friendly staff as well!

The best pediatrician ever! Dr.Ward is so gentle with kids and makes them feel comfortable. My boys absolutely loved him when we lived in Hawai’i.

Worst Dr. ever my some of my kids didn’t even receive their needed vaccines and now they are behind with everything!! luckily I changed doctors just on time.
