The team that delivered our sofa was outstanding. We live on the fifth floor of a five-floor walkup, so big deliveries are challenging. But this team made it look easy and we’re very pleasant and professional to work with. I highly recommend them!

Wright Brothers Transport recently installed our new office furniture from Design Within Reach. The delivery was on time and the installers were very pleasant and efficient. They removed all the packing materials and left our office neat and clean. A very good experience!

The delivery was perfect guys unboxed and set up a two-piece cocktail table, pretty standard stuff. They did clean it for me so it presents very nicely installed in my living room.

The only thing I would suggest is that they give two notices before coming for delivery: one the night before to confirm and to provide a phone number to contact if there’s any issue and; then secondly, half an hour before delivery give a direct call to ensure somebody’s there for the receiving of the item…

Horrible experience with this company. They ghosted me despite more than half a dozen emails and phone calls to facilitate delivery and were unable to actually deliver my table.

Their failure to deliver a table from Miller Knoll resulted in Miller Knoll switching to Ukay to deliver this item.
